Why Work for Us

The Raben Group is a place for creating change and moving the needle.

If you’re interested in working to advance any number of progressive causes, like in reforming our prison system, immigration reform, workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, reproductive justice, the environment, civil rights, education, or media and the arts, drop us a line.

Our offices around the country are filled with vibrant art, libraries, collaborative meeting rooms, and wellness and meditation lounges.  Our open floor plans create flexible workspaces with large conference spaces that we often open up for our community events.

“We wanted a 21st century office that inspired us daily, that was open for collaboration and flexibility, reflecting the exact ideals which we believe prompt lasting change. Our goal was to create an egalitarian space—no one needs a mahogany corner office to serve clients to the best of their ability.”

– Robert Raben
