Washington, DC

As principal in Raben's Culture, Strategy, and Organizational Design practice, haley griffin brings more than twenty years of experience developing, lobbying for, and implementing policies and programs that advance her clients' social justice objectives.

haley has worked with a wide range of nonprofit, foundation, and corporate clients at both the state and federal levels, supporting efforts to improve services to traditionally underserved communities, including inmates, returning citizens, homeless children, and court-involved youth.

In leading strategic planning efforts, haley helps clients recognize that an organization’s strategy is at the heart of its work — it is about how an entity allocates its resources to achieve its vision of the future. By working with clients to help them align their service and business delivery models and distinguish between organizational strategy and accompanying tactics, haley can focus her clients' resources on the issues that matter most and help them do what they do, just better.

haley earned a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Tulane University and a master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
