Karen Driscoll is a principal in Raben's Culture, Strategy, and Organizational Design practice area. With more than a decade of experience as a DEI practitioner, she supports clients in building work cultures where people of all backgrounds thrive.

Karen previously served as Racial Equity and Inclusion Director at Ben & Jerry’s, reporting to the CEO. She partnered with senior leaders and the independent Board of Directors to develop and implement racial equity strategies that eliminate systemic marginalization. Karen led the company's racial equity strategic plan, establishing multi-year targets and a vision for success. Under her leadership, Ben & Jerry's doubled its representation of staff of color, increased the number of franchise stores owned and operated by people of color, and increased the number of diverse suppliers supporting the business.

Karen previously worked at Raben as a director and supported clients like Dunkin Brands, Pearsons, and New York Theatre Workshop. She led training and development programs on culture and diversity, assessed employee experience to better embed equity, and collaborated with leadership teams on work plans to improve belonging.

Karen was born and bred in Los Angeles, Calif. She currently lives in Washington, D.C., and likes to box when she’s not at work.
