Griffin-Haley1

With fifteen years of lobbying experience, Haley Griffin has worked with a wide range of nonprofit, foundation, and corporate clients at both the state and federal level. But her passion — and much of her client work — is focused on social justice.

Haley brings her experience and commitment to bear to create, implement, and enforce policies and programs that reflect her progressive values; over her decade-long tenure at The Raben Group, she has worked to improve services to traditionally underserved communities including inmates, returning citizens, homeless children, and court-involved youth.

In addition to her policy work, Haley manages the firm’s strategic planning division. An organization’s strategy is at the heart of its work; it is about how a nonprofit or corporation allocates its resources to achieve its vision of the future. By working with clients to help them align their service and business delivery models and distinguish between an organizational strategy and its accompanying tactics, Haley is able focus her client’s resources on the issues that matter most and help them to do what they do better.

Haley earned a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Tulane University and an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
