Yang

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Angela Yang has ten years of experience in all aspects of GAAP accounting. She currently works as an accounting manager for Raben, managing client billing, revenue recognition, GL maintenance, and is also involved in the expanding operations of the firm’s affiliated nonprofit organizations. 

With her analytical mind and exceptional computational skills, she performs precise financial tasks and ensures that financial transactions are accurately represented.

Angela got her start in the accounting industry when she worked as a staff accountant with The Aga Khan Foundation. After leaving the foundation in 2015, Angela joined a startup named Crosslead, Inc., where she served as the accounting manager helping build out the company’s accounting infrastructure. Before joining Raben, Angela was a senior accountant at Sikich LLC, a CPA firm supporting a wide range of for-profit and nonprofit clients.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, and a master's of accountancy from the University of Northern Virginia. She is an IRS Enrolled Agent and participates in the IRS VITA volunteer program, which offers free tax return preparation services to low- and moderate-income families and individuals.
