Brian Smith is in charge of the physical space in The Raben Group’s Washington, D.C., headquarters in his role as office manager. Among his duties at the firm is the management of the growing volume of meetings and events, security protocols, landlord liaison, and supplies and services. Brian serves as the point of contact for our IT department and manages and facilitates Raben’s contracts with clients. He also provides added capacity to the firm’s HR functions by supporting recruitment, benefits administration, and professional development needs.
Before joining Raben, Brian was a rehabilitation assistant with Howard University Hospital, where he coordinated schedules for physical therapy services and educated patients and family members regarding diagnosis, prevention, and therapeutic treatment. Brian previously interned with Newland Financial Services and the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections as a training facilitator.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a master’s in Human Resource Development from Bowie State.
