The Raben Group

Caylin Grant is the operations coordinator at The Raben Group, where her experience as an organized and driven administrative professional helps coordinate our offices and spaces.

Before joining Raben, Caylin was a legal assistant at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, where she conducted legal research on cases, and compiled, proofread, and edited drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies, and other legal documents. Before that, her experience includes working as a business analyst and human resource specialist for Nelson Enterprise Technology Services, and as an administrative assistant at George Mason University’s Office of Housing & Residence Life.

While attending George Mason University, Caylin was a member of the Black Student Alliance (BSA), where she helped encourage students, faculty, and staff to support BSA’s efforts to change how black and brown students were treated on campus. In addition, as a member of Lambda Alpha Epsilon, she organized events and conferences for the criminology coalition. Caylin is also a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in criminology.
