Corrine Marr is a seasoned consultant and certified project manager with over 15 years of experience in both corporate and client services roles. She’s considered a strategic planning expert and has a wealth of experience in fiscal management and continuous quality improvement.

Prior to joining Raben as a director in its Culture, Strategy, and Organizational Design practice area, Corrine managed projects and annual budgets as a consultant for ICF, supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She contributed to capacity-building efforts within public child welfare organizations to strengthen, implement, and sustain effective practices. In this role, Corrine was instrumental in the launch of over 100 nationwide projects, and over 200 publications and online training available to child welfare professionals.

Corrine also served as a thought partner for an initiative focused on addressing and improving racial equity and antiracist practices within ICF, and within child welfare agencies. Additionally, she held a corporate role as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Learning Champion, for which she developed resources and hosted facilitated discussions with staff to increase their knowledge and skills.
