Daniela Ramírez is a director in Raben's Culture, Strategy, and Organizational Design practice are. A passionate DEIJ practitioner with years of experience in communications, project management, and client experience, Daniela supports clients as they work to create and implement strategies that foster a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just organization.

Prior to joining Raben, Daniela worked at Beautycounter, a mission-based skincare and cosmetics brand that not only creates safer products but also advocates for safer beauty laws in both the U.S. and Canada. Throughout her career at Beautycounter, she served as a supervisor for the Client Experience department and later served as a senior coordinator for Beautycounter’s Community Expansion and Communications function, where she focused on Latinx strategies and cultural competencies.

Daniela earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University in 2016 — the first in her family to graduate from college. Daniela was born, raised, and currently lives in Los Angeles with her close-knit Nicaraguan family. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys concerts, traveling, ice cream, and spending time with her loved ones — especially with her two young nieces, Selene and Sabrina.
