Erin Darbouze is an Associate at the Raben Group where she works in project management, event-planning and as a member of the Raben Group Diversity Practice. She honed these skills during her six-year tenure on Capitol Hill in the U.S. House of Representatives, where she served in the offices of The Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) as staff assistant, legislative correspondent and deputy press secretary , Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY) as executive assistant and Rep. Ruben Hinojosa (D-TX) as executive assistant.
Erin has combined her passion for diversity and health policy issues with experience in client services for such teams as National Wildlife Federation, Friends of the American Latino Museum, The Irvine Foundation, and Aids United. Every year, Erin helps organize the Hispanic Bar Association of DC’s annual PASOS event, a celebration in honor of graduating Hispanic law students, their families and friends, members of the Hispanic Bar, and others from the community. Her time at the Raben Group began as President and Founder Robert Raben’s Executive Assistant, a role she held for three years.
Erin is a Florida native and graduate from the University of Florida. Her desk is a shrine to her beloved Gators.
