Ibonee Perry serves as the finance director at Raben and comes to the firm with over 10 years of experience in the accounting field. Leading the finance team, Ibonee is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting and insurance management, development of accounting policies and procedures, and more.

Before joining Raben, Ibonee started in accounting at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Her passion for accounting was ignited while working in their Accounting & Financial Services Division. She went on to continue her journey at a commercial real estate company and later a civil engineering firm.

Ibonee attended Trinity University in Washington, D.C., where she majored in sociology. Joining Raben has allowed her to merge her passion for marginalized people/communities with her gift in accounting. Ibonee enjoys spending time with her family, visiting local farmer’s markets, and volunteering with different organizations in the DMV area in her free time.
