Jordyn Davis is a passionate and driven associate in the Culture, Strategy, and Organizational Design practice area at Raben. Jordyn strives to make a positive impact and bring about meaningful change in organizations and communities through her work.

Prior to joining Raben, Jordyn was an intern at Exelon Corporation. She worked with the workplace development team, where her responsibilities involved coordinating workforce development engagements, facilitating the implementation of best practices, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. During another impactful internship, Jordyn worked with The Polaris Project, a nonprofit organization focused on combating human trafficking. She played a crucial role in creating a communication plan to break down silos and engage employees in Polaris’ Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion journey.

Coming from a large extended family, Jordyn’s upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of purpose and determination, which is evident in her remarkable accomplishments within a relatively short period of time. A graduate of Towson University, she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management, further developing her skills in leading and inspiring others. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jordyn loves traveling the world, immersing herself in new cultures, and broadening her horizons. She also finds solace in the world of literature, indulging in reading whenever she can.
