Kelli then pursued her entrepreneurial passions, co-founding The TEN Nail Bar, an elevated, scalable beauty and self-care destination that has become a lauded success story. A serial entrepreneur, she also led the KMColeman Group, a brand consultancy focused on brand strategy, development, and management. KMColeman Group specializes in innovative branding concepts, content creation, and strategic planning. Kelli is passionate about uplifting women and launched a mission-minded, women-focused initiative, She Who Dares (www.swdares.com) — a movement created to empower women by emphasizing the power of personal development in reaching professional success.
Kelli received her bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and is a former board member of the Charles H. Wright African American Museum and Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit. She also co-founded the Coleman Leadership Scholarship, which is dedicated to students interested in entrepreneurship and attending Spelman College.
