Margo Kaplan

Margo Kaplan is an associate in The Raben Group’s Media & Communications practice, bringing experience in digital media, storytelling, and media relations. Margo aspires to use her creative skills to help clients have a long-lasting impact and to do her part in creating a more equitable future for our nation.

Margo first discovered her passion for politics and communications work when she served as a fellow on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Margo continued to grow her skill set and excitement about these topics through taking on communications internships at Merck & Co. in 2018 and at The Atlantic Council in 2019. She also interned and volunteered at Life Pieces To Masterpieces throughout her time in college. Margo was awarded a President’s Volunteer Service Award for her contributions there and plans to stay involved with the organization.

Margo earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Communication with a minor in Sustainability from The George Washington University School of Media & Public Affairs in May of 2021. She was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and is still in search of the ultimate Philly Cheesesteak (for right now, her endorsement would have to go to Dalessandros). In her free time, Margo can be found painting surrealist art, making fresh pasta, writing about sustainable beauty, and going to concerts.
