Mei Ke (they/them) is an associate for The Raben Group’s Beyond Diversity Strategies division, working to further education on queer and transgender issues in the workplace and beyond. After six years of study and work in the intelligence analysis field, their goal is to blend their expertise in diplomacy with their lived experience as an openly queer individual, bridging the divide between the LGBTQ+ community and public service.
Mei has previously worked with teams at Naval Information Warfare Systems Command Pacific, the Office of California’s 52nd Congressional District, and the County of San Diego. They have also consulted for organizations such as SuperFriendly, Ladies that UX Atlanta, and Delta CX on diversity and inclusion issues.
