Chirico

As the HR generalist at Raben, Sandy Chirico drives the execution across the full life-cycle of human resource functions for the firm, including onboarding, benefits and payroll administration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Prior to joining Raben, Sandy was a director of Human Resources for Casino M8trix, a cardroom in California. Along with managing a team of three HR specialists, she provided broad human resources support to the department heads and management. Sandy also previously worked in Human Resources for Quanta Cloud Technology LLC, and Security Industry Specialists, Inc.

Sandy is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with the Society of Human Resources Management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. She is a proud animal rights supporter, vegan, and electric car owner, and strives to live an environmentally friendly lifestyle.
