Endeavor’s Global DEI Integration

About the client

Originally established as a talent agency, Endeavor has evolved into a holding company for talent and media agencies worldwide.

Our Work

Endeavor engaged Raben from 2018-2021 to assist in implementing a comprehensive plan to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization. Raben conducted internal interviews with employees at different levels and across various businesses to formulate the plan's framework. After concluding the interviews, Raben presented its findings to Endeavor leadership, outlining insights into organizational culture, DEI challenges, and growth opportunities.

We helped develop a cultural climate survey for the global employee population, comprising approximately 6,000 staff members. Leveraging our extensive knowledge of Endeavor's diverse businesses, Raben designed a DEI climate survey to assess employee experience, sense of belonging, and relationships with leadership. Tailored to the organization's size and scope, the survey included 32 Likert Scale questions and one open-response question. Given Endeavor's global workforce, Raben also collaborated on collecting demographic data, considering the sensitivities associated with international law and culture. We worked closely with Endeavor, particularly the chief inclusion officer, on survey administration and data analysis.

Additionally, Raben customized dozens of implicit bias sessions for different business units, conducted a detailed organizational and leadership development analysis in one business unit with Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business Professor Ella L.J. Bell Smith, and coached the executive team on their equity analysis.
